What if I have a complaint?

It may happen that you are not entirely satisfied with the course of events during your assessment or with your report. If this is the case, we are happy to resolve this properly and quickly with you. To ensure proper handling of your complaint, LTP has a complaints committee. You can bring your complaint to the attention of this committee by e-mailing it to klacht@ltp.nl.

The complaints committee will then contact you to look for a solution together. If, contrary to expectations, you cannot work it out, you can consider filing a complaint with the Supervisory Board (College van Toezicht), an independent body of the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP).
