What is an aptitude test?

Aptitude tests, or intelligence tests, are a standard part of an assessment day. You take these tests on a computer. They often involve recognising visual patterns or understanding relationships between words. Depending on the type of assessment you are going through, they may also involve testing language skills or numerical insight.
