Will there still be a conversation/interview with an NIP psychologist from LTP?
Yes. LTP ChatLab is always followed by an in-depth interview with an NIP psychologist from LTP. LTP ChatLab is designed to provide structured insight into behaviour and competencies, but it does not replace the interview.
During the interview:
- the NIP psychologist from LTP explains the observations made during the LTP ChatLab scenarios
- the outcomes are interpreted in the context of the role and the purpose of the assessment
- there is ample opportunity for you to provide additional context, reflect on the results and ask questions
The NIP psychologist from LTP uses the insights from LTP ChatLab as one source of information alongside the other assessment components. There is no automated evaluation or decision-making; professional human judgement remains central throughout the assessment process.
