Will my data be stored securely?
Yes. Your data is stored carefully and securely in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR. LTP ChatLab is also designed in line with the framework of the European AI Act, which sets strict requirements for transparency, human oversight and risk management in AI applications used in the HR domain.
In practice, this means that:
- your data is only accessible to authorised professionals involved in the assessment
- appropriate technical and organisational security measures are in place
- your data is used solely for the assessment for which it was provided
Human oversight is built into LTP ChatLab at every stage, and no automated decision-making takes place. An NIP psychologist from LTP remains responsible for interpreting the results and placing them in the appropriate context.
