Why can’t I open all my questionnaires?

If you see a closed padlock next to some questionnaires or tests in the portal, you only complete the questionnaires with an open padlock.

This may be because you will complete part of the assessment on location (at the client or at one of LTP’s offices). These questionnaires or tests are then ‘locked’. The padlocks will open as soon as you are present on location.

You can, however, prepare for these components via the LTP practice site.
