What should I do if I have a complaint?

LTP attaches great importance to quality and care in the delivery of assessments. If you are not satisfied with the content of your assessment, the assessment process or the way you have been treated, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns with the professional who conducted the assessment.

In many cases, a conversation can help clarify the situation and resolve any questions or concerns. You can easily submit a contact request through the assessment portal or call us on +31 (0)20 30 50 400.

If this conversation does not provide sufficient clarification, or if you prefer to submit a complaint or objection directly, you can do so using LTP’s complaints form. Once your complaint has been received, you will receive an acknowledgement within one working day. Your complaint will then be handled confidentially by LTP’s complaints officer, who will investigate the matter and ensure careful follow-up and feedback.

If you are still not satisfied after this process, you may submit a complaint to the Supervisory Board (College van Toezicht) of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP). More information about this external complaints procedure can be found on the NIP website: www.psynip.nlhttp://www.psynip.nl.
