What is an assessment?

An assessment is a psychological evaluation consisting of (online) tests and questionnaires, possibly supplemented with one or two practical simulations (role plays) and an interview. An assessment gives you more insight into your qualities and potential and allows you to show the best of yourself to your (future) employer.
