If you experience technical issues while using LTP ChatLab, please contact our helpdesk directly. They will assist you as quickly as possible.
LTP’s helpdesk is available on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and can be reached by phone on +31 (0)20 30 50 438 or by email at online@ltp.nl.
The helpdesk can assist with:
- login or connectivity issues
- audio or video settings
- other technical questions that may prevent you from completing LTP ChatLab
If a technical issue has affected your assessment experience, this will be reviewed carefully and, where appropriate, a suitable solution will be provided.
