What happens to my answers?
Your answers are used to analyse behaviour and competencies as part of the assessment. This is done on the basis of predefined, scientifically grounded criteria.
It is important to know that:
- your answers are used exclusively for the purpose of this assessment
- they provide input for both the assessment evaluation and the in-depth interview with an NIP psychologist from LTP
- they are not used for other purposes, such as training public AI systems or commercial applications
The analysis focuses on understanding how you respond to realistic work situations rather than evaluating individual statements or isolated answers. The aim is to build a broader picture of your behaviour and competencies in context.
