What do I need to complete an online scan at home?

You can complete an online scan anywhere you have access to a computer and a properly working internet connection. For optimal display, we recommend using an updated version of the Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser. Completing an online scan does not always work well in a Cloud environment. In that case, we recommend logging in on a different computer.

Furthermore, the most important thing with an online scan is that you can work in peace. Make sure you cannot be disturbed (for example, mute your phone and make sure your internet connection is in order).
