What components does an assessment consist of?

Every assessment is tailor-made and therefore slightly different. But there are also plenty of similarities:

• An assessment usually consists of personality questionnaires, intelligence tests, a practical simulation (role play) and an interview.
• The various measurement instruments are often combined in order to form a complete picture of the candidate.
• An assessment can be taken online (at home or at work), on location at your employer, or at one of LTP’s four offices.
