Does the AI make its own judgements about people?

No. The AI avatar collects, structures and analyses the feedback given by participants and feedback providers. The content of the report is based on their input. The AI brings patterns, strengths and areas for development to the surface, but it does not judge how someone performs. Talent 360 was explicitly designed for development, not for appraisal.
