Can I view my results?
Yes. Once LTP ChatLab has been completed, the results are included in your assessment report. These are not presented as literal ChatLab scores or underlying AI outputs, but they do provide insight into how your behaviour has been assessed. Upon request, we can share additional underlying information.
In addition, the outcomes are discussed during the in-depth interview with an NIP psychologist from LTP. During this conversation, you will receive an explanation of:
- the behavioural and competency-related insights that emerged
- how these insights have been interpreted
- what they mean in relation to the role and the purpose of the assessment
The results are not presented as standalone AI scores. Instead, they are always interpreted and discussed in context by an NIP psychologist from LTP, taking into account the broader assessment and its objectives.
