Are decisions made automatically?
No. LTP ChatLab does not make decisions. It supports the assessment of behaviour and competencies, but the outcomes are always discussed and interpreted by an NIP psychologist from LTP.
The NIP psychologist from LTP:
- interprets the results from LTP ChatLab
- places the results in the context of the role and the assessment
- formulates a professional recommendation based on these insights
There is no automated decision-making. LTP ChatLab does not generate an independent final judgement and does not make decisions about hiring, selection or development. Any final decision is always made by the client, based on the advice of the NIP psychologist from LTP.
This approach is aligned with the principles of the European AI Act, which requires human oversight and explainability for AI applications in the HR domain. For that reason, meaningful human involvement is built into the LTP ChatLab process at every stage.
