What is measured?

Frenzy Fest focuses on self-management and control skills: skills that determine how you organise and direct work in complex situations.

Among other things, it looks at:

• how you maintain overview and control (conscientiousness, planning and organising)
• how you set and adjust priorities (efficient working, flexibility)
• how you deal with disruptions and time pressure (stress resilience, initiative)
• the extent to which you are able to assess situations and complete analytical assignments under pressure (analytical ability, judgement and problem-solving ability)

This is based on measurable behaviour during the game, not on self-assessment.
