How will I see my results?

If you completed the Online Scan at home and also completed Frenzy Fest, you can immediately view your results in the assessment portal.

If you complete Frenzy Fest as a simulation within a live assessment, the outcomes are included by an LTP psychologist in the overall assessment evaluation. The results are always considered in combination with other components, such as questionnaires and interviews. You will also find your specific results in the assessment report.

Depending on the purpose of the assessment (selection, development or career), a feedback conversation will give you insight into:

• how your behaviour was interpreted
• where your strengths lie
• what possible development points are
