Your role
As a frontend developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and improving our assessment platform. Your main focus will be on building fast, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain our assessment platform with modern frontend technologies;
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality features;
- Build reusable components and ensure an intuitive, responsive UX;
- Optimize performance and ensure a smooth user experience;
- Keep up with modern best practices and contribute to technical decisions.
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Living in the Netherlands;
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript;
- Strong experience with React and modern state management;
- Experience with Webpack, Vite or other modern build tools;
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS (SASS/PostCSS), and responsive design;
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright);
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Node.js;
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Gitlab pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS);
- Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) best practices.
