What does the online selection assessment provide?

The final report, with psychological insights, provides a view on performance and potential, aiding in making well-considered selection decisions. What does the online selection assessment entail?
The Talent Fit consists of 5 personality questionnaires and 3 intelligence tests. 2-Phase Talent Fit: Stepwise Online Assessment
The 2-Phase Talent Fit is a stepwise variant of the Talent Fit, designed to help select the most suitable candidates from a large pool of applicants. The online assessment is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: Pre-screening (Pre Fit) – Intellectual Ability
The first phase involves a pre-screening based on intellectual ability. Candidates are tested on verbal, abstract, and numerical skills. This step serves as an initial objective measurement, where candidates who meet the desired level proceed to the next phase. - Phase 2: Online Assessment (Talent Fit) – In-depth Insight
The second phase, consisting of personality questionnaires, provides in-depth insights into the candidate’s preferred roles, best fitting work environment, competencies, personality, and overall competencies.

Through this e-learning, you will gain a deeper understanding of psychology, add more depth to your selection interviews, and quickly identify potential mismatches.
