Cancellation Policy
Assessments and Coaching (LTP and LTP TENEA)
The current cancellation terms apply until 31 December 2025:
For assignments that have not yet commenced, the following cancellation policy applies:

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed on the day of the assignment (including no-show by the candidate), 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed 5 working days or fewer prior to the assignment date, 50% will be charged.

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed more than 5 working days prior to the assignment date, the change/cancellation is free of charge.
The new cancellation terms effective 1 January 2026 are:

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed 2 working days or fewer prior to the assignment date (including no-show by the candidate), 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed 3 working days prior to the assignment date, 75% will be charged.

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed 4 to 6 working days prior to the assignment date, 50% will be charged.

If an assignment is cancelled or postponed more than 6 working days prior to the assignment date, the change/cancellation is free of charge.
(Multi-day) Team Sessions and Leadership Programmes (LTP and LTP TENEA)
In addition to the general terms and conditions of LTP, the following cancellation terms apply to these assignments and will be agreed with the Client:

If the assignment is cancelled within fifteen (15) days prior to execution, the costs amount to 100% of the agreed price.

If the assignment is cancelled within thirty (30) days prior to execution, the costs amount to 50% of the agreed price.

If the assignment is cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to execution, cancellation is free of charge.
