An assessment offers insight into your qualities, potential, and agility. It contributes to making a well-considered decision about your employment, further development and/or career.
You have been invited to an individual assessment test at LTP. Below you will find more information.
Remote assessment
At this time, we are making every effort to perform all assessments remotely. The program is equal to an assessment taking place on location at LTP. Prior to the assessment, you will receive a link to access the assessment via Microsoft Teams.
On-site assessment
In some cases, the decision may be made to have the assessment carried out at our location. If we have agreed on this with you over the phone, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. There will be coffee and tea waiting for you.
Online questionnaires and tests
Prior to the assessment, you will receive one or more invitations by e-mail to complete a number of questionnaires. The results are used as input for your assessment, so fill them out carefully. We recommend doing this at home where there are no distractions. It is very important that you complete the questionnaires no later than one day before your assessment.
