We want every participant to feel well prepared and enter their assessment with confidence. An assessment is not an endpoint, it’s the beginning of your personal development journey. That’s why we made it easy to interactively train your skills in both role-plays and interviews.
With ChatLab, you’ll engage in conversations with our AI colleague: practice delivering difficult news, hold coaching or leadership discussions, or experience an interview with a psychologist. These exercises do not count towards your assessment result and are solely for your learning and improvement. You can practice as often as you like.

What can you practice?

For each interview, we use the scientifically grounded STAR methodology. Afterward, you’ll receive a brief summary of what was discussed.

After completing a role-play, you’ll receive two scores: agency and communion. These scores help describe your social style and how you interact with others.
Agency reflects direction, influence, and initiative: how strong or leading you are in social situations. Higher scores indicate assertiveness and leadership.
Communion reflects warmth, friendliness, and connection: how approachable and empathetic you are in social interactions. Higher scores indicate collaboration and social engagement.
Please note that these scores are indicative only and should be seen as insights into your behavior rather than definitive judgments.
