We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive lead developer passionate about building a cutting-edge platform designed to inspire individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive and achieve their goals. Our SAAS platform is being developed in close collaboration with Business Development, our team of Business Psychologists and our customers. With significant future ambitions and exciting development challenges ahead, the lead developer will play a crucial role in our success.
Responsibilities
At LTP, the lead developer role encompasses more than just technical leadership. While you will be responsible for coaching a team of six developers, your role extends beyond technology to strategic thinking. You will need to understand business needs to make informed technical decisions, ensuring you get the most out of your team.
What sets you apart as a lead? In addition to coaching and helping your team thrive, you take ownership of all technical aspects of the SAAS platform. This includes the platform’s architecture, design, and development. You ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and performs smoothly, which helps reduce time to market and, most importantly, creates the best user experience.
Profile
- In addition to 10 years of relevant work experience, you’ve had a lead role for at least 4 years.
- You are an open-minded team player.
- You have a solid understanding of Design Patterns and ability to apply these in practice.
- You have experience with version control (we use Git).
- You have experience with Symfony/Laravel and React and/or React Native or similar frameworks.
- You have experience with Docker.
- You have solid debugging skills.
- You have experience with unit/integration testing.
- You have experience with DevOps.
Nice to haves
Experience with: Kubernetes, API platform, AMQP (e.g. RabbitMQ), TDD, BDD, AWS services and infrastructure tools (such as Ansible and Terraform), and privacy and security issues.
